Developer Platform administration
Control Center provides the platform-operator view of developer activity while the normal Developer Portal remains available to application developers without platform-admin access.Operational dashboard
A Developer Platform dashboard can expose measures such as:- active API keys
- requests today
- active developer accounts
- applications
- webhook endpoints
- webhook delivery failures
- research API runs
- FORGE/build API runs
- top endpoints
- top models
- rate-limit events
- error trends
- abuse signals
Credential administration
Authorized operators can investigate or take actions such as:- revoke a compromised or abusive API credential
- disable developer access for an account when policy allows
- change approved quota overrides
- inspect credential ownership
- review application context
Request investigation
Use request IDs to connect a developer-reported failure with server-side operational metadata. Useful metadata can include:- endpoint family
- status
- latency
- application/credential identity
- model or workload
- credits
- related run/build ID
- error category
Webhook health
Operators can inspect delivery failure rate, retry state, endpoint health, and event volume without needing to modify the customer’s receiving application.Quotas
Developer limits can be driven by plan defaults plus explicit administrative overrides. Quota changes should be narrow, time-aware where appropriate, and auditable.Billing relationship
Developer API usage participates in Starfire’s broader metering system, allowing Control Center to compare web usage with API usage inside the same billing account or organization.Abuse and platform protection
API rate limits, credential revocation, organization policy, and security monitoring provide several ways to contain problematic developer activity without shutting down unrelated user-facing access.Developer Platform
Review the developer-facing contracts that Control Center is operating.
